On behalf of the SICOT Board of Directors, we are honoured to invite you to the 38th SICOT Orthopaedic World Congress to be held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 30 November to 2 December 2017. It will be a unique opportunity for you to represent your Society in this international forum. The scientific excellence and the increasing attendance at our meetings year after year make this orthopaedic event unmissable. As the President of your Orthopaedic Society, the registration fees for you and your spouse will be waived and you are invited to the social functions including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 30 November and the Congress Dinner on 1 December. You are also invited to the Presidential Lunch on 30 November from 13:00 to 14:00 at the Westin Grand Hotel attached to the congress centre. We regret that we are not able to cover travel or accommodation expenses. We sincerely hope that you will accept our invitation and look forward to seeing you in Cape Town.
